Getting Started with LumberLinq
LumberLinq is a Timber Management System designed for timber exporters, importers, traders, and logistics teams. It centralises tally sheets, consignments, inventory, business partners, and reporting in one place.
Sign In
Open app.lumberlinq.com in your browser and sign in with your company email and password. If you have not been invited yet, contact your company administrator.
Your First Steps

| 1 | Add your Business Partners — buyers, sellers, and trade parties |
| 2 | Add your Products — round log or square/sawn species |
| 3 | Add your Locations — yards, mills, forests, and ports |
| 4 | Create a Tally Sheet to start measuring timber |
| 5 | Create a Consignment and link Stock Units to it |
| 6 | View Reports for operational and financial insights |
Key Concepts
Stock Unit — A truck load, container, or batch of timber that is measured via a tally sheet and tracked through inventory and consignments.
Tally Sheet — The measurement record attached to a Stock Unit. Round tally sheets use Length and Girth; square tally sheets use Width, Thickness, Length, and Pieces.
Consignment — A logistics record that links one or more Stock Units with parties, routing, documents, and payments.
Business Partner — A buyer, seller, exporter, importer, or service party reused across tally sheets, consignments, and reports.
