Where do I find my Company ID for a support ticket?

Main Menu → Company → Company Profile → Identity tab. It’s shown near the top.

Why can’t I select a State or City?

Select a Country first — State and City dropdowns load based on the country selected.

Where do I upload my company logo?

Main Menu → Company → Branding (Forest plan). Choose a PNG, JPG or WEBP file (up to 5 MB) and it uploads immediately. It appears on PDF reports, share pages and image exports.

Do I need new share links after changing my logo?

No — share pages show your current logo automatically. Already-downloaded PDFs are not changed by a later logo change.

What happens to my logo if I downgrade?

Custom branding is a Forest feature. If your plan changes to one without it, your logo is removed and the default LumberLinq logo is shown. Existing data is not affected.

When do my monthly limits reset?

On the 1st of each month in your Company Timezone (Company Details → Identity). If it is empty, India time is used.

What does “Allow Stock Oversell” do?

It lets a consignment be assigned more volume than is currently available in inventory — useful for pre-selling against expected incoming stock. It removes a safety check, so leave it off unless your workflow specifically needs it.

Administrator role only.
