Where do I find my Company ID for a support ticket?

Main Menu → Company → Company Profile → Identity tab. It’s shown near the top.

Why can’t I select a State or City?

Select a Country first — State and City dropdowns load based on the country selected.

Where do I upload my company logo?

Main Menu → Company → Branding. Upload a PNG or SVG. It appears on PDF exports and share-link branding.

I updated my logo but old share links still show the old one — is that a bug?

No — regenerate the share link for the new branding to appear on it. Already-downloaded PDFs are also not affected by a later logo change.

What does “Allow Stock Oversell” do?

It lets a consignment be assigned more volume than is currently available in inventory — useful for pre-selling against expected incoming stock. It removes a safety check, so leave it off unless your workflow specifically needs it.

Who can edit Company Settings?

Administrator role only.
